How to get rid of belly fat

  Are you sick and tired of stubborn belly fat that sit around your waist and make male your pant tight and also destroy your confidence, if you have belly fat to lose, the chances are great that you are harbouring one of the habit that causes belly fat that you will be reading in this article.


  •  Consuming Too Much Sugar.

 Sugar is found in many of the food you eat daily from breakfast ceareal to coffee drinks to protein bars to energy drinks, most items contains sugar than you are aware of, all these sugar calories add up quickly and translate to many pounds gain in a short time, make it an habit to read the ingredient and the sugar content in the food you are eating. Pay special attention to breakfast items like yogurts, protein bars and any item that prepackaged. Avoid eating food that contein added sugar as part of daily diet, you can do this by simply making sure that you are not eating foods that have hidden sugar.


  • Consuming daily dessert.

Previously, desserts were meant for Sunday evenings and special occasions bit nowadays dessert has become everyday food. You might not know this but having dessert is another form of consuming excess sugar and all sugar calories turn into fat. Now maybe it time to forget eating dessert everyday and reserve dessert to Sunday evenings and special occasions and stick with fresh fruit as your daily after meal.


  • Bad snacking

    In previous years snacking has become one of the best ways to maintain your metabolism in order to burn fat well, though that true and that what most fitness pros have been telling you but what they aren't telling you is how to snack correctly, healthy snack should be high in fibers and high in protein and only eaten between meals when you are actually hungry but most snack items that people are eating today are crunchy and salty, two qualities that that you will rarely find in an healthy snack and they do contain sugar as well as simple carbohydrate.  In other to avoid belly fat you better off avoiding traditional snack and fall out of the habit of snacking entirely, now if you are hungry between meals then eat a small amount of protein fiber such as a hard boiled egg with a cucumber or even a packet of tuna with some celery.

  • Consuming daily alcohol
   Having a drink or two with dinner can quickly become and steady habit, it is easy to justify the drink when you have hard day or you are just feeling like you deserve it, the alcohol take your mind off the troubles and loosen you for a good time, however all the alcohol calories are basically sugar and they are all going into your belly and causing a lot of harm that you don't even knw about until it too late. Also it is a real fact that you can never lose belly fat when you consuming alcohol daily, why?, this is because alcohol suppresses your fat burning hormones and promotes your fat storing hormone, this is straight and simple. Once you allocate alcohol to cheat days and special occasions only, you will lose belly fat easily and at a very fast rate.

  • Lack of exercise
  If you aren't moving your body in a constant challenging way then your are going to store body fat, plain and simple, invigorating exercise routine is the key to shedding excess body fat once and for all.

  • Lack of sleep
    Your body increase its stress hormone, cortisol when you don't get enough sleep. Cortisol will cause you to crave for sugar which means you will end up eating too many empty calories. Getting enough sleep helps to control belly day and increase your leptin level which helos to control your appetite and keep the cortisol level in check by  getting at least 7-9 hours of sleep every single night and you will lose belly fat  fast.

  • Eating late
   When we sleep out body tend to short down some of our biological system to rest, our digestive system is one of these, when you eat late, your body won't burn all of these calories you consumed. Also, lying down with food in your stomach can lead to indigestion and acid flux disease. Start eating at least 3  hours to bed time. If you wake up in the night and you feel hungry, try eating a small piece of fruit instead if sugar or salty snack like potato chips.
