How to crack your back


   
     Tired of back pain that frustrate you even though you use lot of inflammation cream and gels, if yes, then you should consider this method, it gives you fast relief from back pain and great comfort, you can crack your bone yourself or have someone do it for you.
       Below are some ways by which you can crack your back, cracking your back will make some adjustment and also reduces back pain.

  •     This first method is done only by yourself, to crack your back, place your hand behind your back, one on top the other, press on your point as high up as your hand can reach, stores backward, leaving your hand pressing on your spin, using this you should be able to get some creak and get some relief.

  •   Sit on a chair with a short back, slide your back toward the edgecof the sit until the chair touches the  part of the sit you wish to crack, place your hand on your forehead and slide slowly, your head and shoulder will sink down the chair and should offer you some few cracks.

  •   stand up straight with the wall corner in the center of your back, bring yourvhand backward by squeezing your shoulder blade this will help crack your back naturally.

  •  Lie on a had flat surface with your back touching the ground, fold your leg and pull it to your chest, rise your head and ensure your chin is  as close to your chest as possible, then row gradually front and backward(clockwise and anticlockwise) just like a tire rolling half way and retiring while also gaining some momentum, this should offer you a lot of relief.

  •   Crack your back with the aid of a medicine ball(exercise ball). Sit on the exercise ball slowly slide your feet and lower yourself onto the ball until your back touches the ball, allow yourself to completely relax, slowly move formats and backward so that the ball lies on different part of the back.

  • Crack your upper back wit the exercise ball by slowly row the ball forward leaning forward as the ball move away from you, once you fully stores out, allow your upper and middle back to relax and sag for some time before you continue again.

  •  Crack your lower back with the exercise ball, lay your chest and abdomen on top of the exercise ball, slowly row forward so that your toe touches the ground but do not allow your knees to touch the ground. Let your hand lose slay around the ball and relasvthe muscles in your back.

  •   Now let someone else crack your back for you. Lay in a flat surface like a floor have your hand side by side, your elbow bent and hands in either side of your head, your head should be facing one of the two sides, then ask your friend to give you a quick rub down, have then put their hand on either side of your spine, their finger should point toward the side of the baody they would be 1 to 1.5 inches, 2.5 to3.8cm between the base of the palm, exhale as they gently push down and forward at the same time, their hand will always be touching your back and won't slid up the back either, Have them start from the middle of the back and have them move up little by little, they should eventually find a spot that would produce a few good crack.

  •     This is another way to crack your back, do the leg over leg back stress. Sit down onto a mat,  your back straight and your legs flat on the ground, bring your right leg gently up hand keeping it bent rested over the left leg, your left leg should be flat on the ground NAD your right leg should have only the feet resting on the ground near the left hip.

  •    The lift from behind stretch. This require two people, have the person who need their back cracked cross the arm over the chest so that each handvis touching the opposite shoulder. Get a friend behind you to grap your elbows and pull you up slightly off the ground.   
  •    This is the most common method I have  seen a lot of people use, it very simple and can be done at night just when you are getting ready to sleep. Lie down above your shoulder blade hangingvup the edge of your bed, relax and slowly let your upper back and hand sink toward the floor, after you fully stress downward, do a full sit up to bend your spine the opposite direction, going back downward sliding your shoulder blade further anf farar up the bed each time.                                                           
Note: cracking ur back yourself can be very dangerous, toomuxh cracking can lead to the following injuries and illness:
  •   Brain damage
  •   Disk damage
  •   A potential stroke.
  So be wise when cracking your back, instead visit a chiropractor.
      A chiropractor is someone with a license in chiropractise medicine. A chiropractor will get  an adjustment which is defined as a specific thrust applied to a vertebra, when you crack your neck, back and knuckles. You are doing the same thing except chiropractors are trained to know which joins really needs adjusting so choose wisely, protect yourself and live healthy.
