How to lose weight with lemon mixture recipe.

  Lemon is a good source of vitamin C, this is a very good nutrient for losing excess body fat.
  In this post will be teaching you how to make this recipe and lose that excess body fat.

Let start with the lemon with water(boiled)

                     Procedure
  • Get 6 lemons, wash and cut them
  • Pour two cups of water into a pot and put on fire.
  • Pour the lemons into the pot and allow it to boil for 5 minute.
  • Remove the lemon inside and let the boiled lemon water cool for some minute.
  • Then pour the lemon water inside a cup and drink.


   This will help you lose a lot of weight, this recipe works best in the morning before you perform those exercise, eat or in the evening after work. Lemon and ginger recipe
   This recipe will help you lose weight fast than the earlier recipe, i.e at the same time, more effect is seen when you use this recipe.

                  Procedure
  • Get some ginger and Grata some ginger to turn it to a very small size, do that until you get a teaspoon of it.
  • Pour the ginger into a cup and add hot water(stir to make sure the ginger is evenly distributed)
  • Add one lemon to the ginger water and stir.
  • Allow the ginger lemon hot water to cool.
  • Strain the moisture so that it will be smooth when you taking it.
  • Get one lemon and slice it into four and place them on the drink.
  • Leave the drink for a short time.
  • Drink it  and you can add a few drop of honey to improve the taste.

   Take this drink either in the morning before breakfast or in the evening.

               Procedure
  • Get 2 lemon and squeeze it liquid into a cup.
  • Wash and cut your celery.
  • Put the celery into the bender, add two cup if water and blend 
  • Pour your lemon into the the celery and mix well.

   You can drink this three cups a day before each meal, i.e one in the morning, afternoon and evening.

  1. GREAT POST, I have been using some of this drinks before, I tried the celery and lemon drink just recently when i saw it no your blog, it worked more than the rest, i lost above 900 calories with it in a week without exercise. thank you, more weight lose tips.
