How to lose face fat

   Face fat make you not to look your best and makes it look puffy. There are several ways through which you can lose face fat easily.

Facial massage
  You can lose considerable amount of    fat from your face by regular facial massage. It enhances oxygen and blood circulation which in turn helps tighten your skin.

Blowing balloons
Blowing balloons will tone and slik down your chubby cheeks, take a balloon and blow it, you will feel the cheek muscles expand. Release the air from the balloon and repeat 10 times.

Puffy cheek exercise
   One of the quickest exercise to reduce fat from the upper and middle portion of your cheek. This facial exercise strengthen your upper cheek. The facial exercise strengthen your upper cheek muscle and make your face look sculpted, lean and young.

Consuming healthy food.
  Consuming a healthy food is very important if you want to lose face fat well. The right food not only help you lose weight but also keeps you energized and healthy, eat a lot of veggies as well.

Quit alcohol and smoking.
   Alcohol forces your body to retain water which causes puffiness in the face. On the other hand, smoking leads to fine lines and sagging which makes your face look chubby.

Chewing Gum
  Chewing sugar free gum for about 20 minutes twice in a day, this help melt fat cells from your face, flatten chubby cheeks and makes your face visibly thinner and toned.

Hot towel treatment
Given your face facial steam can he'll reduce your cheek fat. When you apply facial steam it causes the face to sweat and this combat fat getting stored in your facial areas.

Lose body fat
  The only way to truly  lose face fat is to lose overall body fat percentage. The tips can help you tighten your cheeks and improve skin health but unless you lose overall body fat, you can't lose face fat or double chin.

Check your posture.
  Slumping posture can cause an appearance puffy face by forcing a double chin look. Any fat you have will simply shift to the most comfortable placement and if your posture pushes your neck and chin downward, this may fatten your face.

Stay hydrated
  Having sufficient water intake will help you to flush out excess sodium that may be creating puffiness in your face. Adequate water will also help lose face faster.
   
  Note that the best way to lose face fat is to lose the overall body fat. Always visit your doctor for best advice.
