   This is a new and effective method to get rid of belly fat. This method was discovers by Japanese actor Miki Ryosuki. This should only take at least two minute a day.

    Long breath method.

  This is very easy, it is done in a standing position, you take a 3 second breath followed by a strong 1 second exhalation. Through this you are losing belly fat. You must be  wondering how, it simple, fat consist of oxygen, carbon and hydrogen, when the oxygen you breath in reaches the fat cell, it slit them into water and carbon, this simply means that the more oxygen your body uses the more fat you burn. Straight and simple way to lose belly fat.

Bellow are the step you should consider for effective outcome:
  • stand and push one leg forward and other back.
  • Strain your buttocks and transfer your weight to your back foot.
  • Then slowly start inhaling for 3seconds lifting your arm above your head.
  • Exhale forcefully for 7 seconds,  straining all your body muscles.

   This is easy and you should do it for 2 to 10 minute daily.  Follow this and lose belly fat in less time..

  This exercise also help to strengthen your body muscles and increases metabolism.
