It been quite a while now since our last
post on a weight loss recipe. This is our new weight losing diet that we feel
will be more useful in losing weight, if you feel like changing your taste and
still getting the desirable outcome, you try out this recipe, it has been
tested and seen to work well, although our last post drink recipe is
exceptional and can deliver a great outcome it won’t harm if you can also give
this a try the following week and see the result, you might soon find yourself
shifting permanently to this new recipe.
Ingredient
- 10 – 12 spinach leave
- 1 cup of carrot
- 1 cup of chopped bottle gourd/Dudhi
- 2 tomatoes
- Half cup cauliflowers
- Gallic
- Red chilly powder
- Butter (optional)
If you are using

also try out of weight loss tool and loss at least 2000 calories in a week.
Preparation
- wash all the ingredient well.
- Get pot, slice and pour all ingredient one after the other into the pot.
- Boil for about 20 – 30 minute.
- Put the boiled mixture into a blender and blend well.
- Add ¼ tablespoon of red chilly powder.
- Add 1 tablespoon of salt.
- Add ½ tablespoon of butter or ghee(optional).
- Add 1 cup of water and mix well, you can just blend it together in order to miss well.
Use this recipe in
the morning or evening, if you blend well, it should be smooth enough to take
it lik a drink or better still you can use it as a replacement for you butter
or jam and use it to eat your bread. Or add it to your bugger, either way it will work but I suggest you drink it just like that, you can take it
in the morning before you do your exercise or in the evening at least an hour
before you sleep.
