Use of Green Chutney for weight loss

               Chutney for weight loss
   This is another recipe that we have checked and found to be for great benefit and  that it worth letting you  also know about because of it very high effectiveness. Easy gives way to lose weight without dieting or going on hunger strike and also usable even when you are snacking.

           Ingredient

  1. Mint leaf
  2. Coriander leaf
  3. basil or Tulsi leaf
  4. Moringer leaf
  5. 8-10 green chilies
  6. Eight shallots
  7. small ginger(grated)
  8. Two lemon.
  9. Curry leaves.
  10. Pink Himalayan


             Procedure

  • Wash and dry all ingredient.
  • To you blender add, the chilies, shallot, ginger (1tbs), curry leave, one cup of moringer leaf, 1 cup of mint leave, 3 cups coriander leave, 1 TBS pink Himalayan.
  • Cut and squeeze the lemon into the blender.
  • Add ½ TBS of turmeric powder and now blend it until it is well mixed.
Note: make sure you don't add water to it and dry the leaves well before you blend.
  For storage, close it tight and keep it in the freezer for just only two week, after two weeks and there are still left over, pour away and make a new one.

 You can eat this with bread or use it to mix up your rice or add it to your vegetable salad, You can also add it to your vegetable soup or add to your pie and rolls.
