It been a long time since we have posted on
one recipe or the other, here is another weight losing recipe that we have
found to work well and great. The main ingredient for this weight loss recipe
is baking soda. We will be giving you two ways in which you can use the baking
soda to reduce your body fat and achieve and slim body structure.
1)
Baking soda and Apple Cider Vinegar
INGREDIENT
1. 1 Glass of water
2. 2 Tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar
3. 1 teaspoon of baking soda
4. 1 glass cup
PREPARATION
1.
To the glass cup add the two spoon of Apple
cider vinegar.

Add on teaspoon of baking soda
3.
To the mixture, add the one cup of water.
4.
Mix the mixture well and take.
This drink best works after you have taken your breakfast or
after you have taken your dinner and at least 30min before you sleep.

2) Baking soda
and fruit
INGREDIENT
1. 1
Cup of straw berries
2. 1
teaspoon of baking soda
3. One
cup of water
4. 2
lemon
5. 5
Fresh mint leaf
PREPARATION
1. Blend your straw berries and mint leaf well and pour inside a jug.
2. Add your cup of water and your teaspoon of baking soda.
3. Cut and squeeze your lemon into the jug(strain your lemon if you can).
4. Mix the mixture well until you are satisfied
This drink best work in the morning after your breakfast and at night before your night exercise. One cup of this drink will be enough for a day, in case you want to take two, use in the morning and in the evening, just one cup.
